Biscayne After Hours

Biscayne Bay fills the windows of the living and dining space, and the view doesn't let up in the main bedroom either – a four-poster bed facing the water makes for a hard morning to rush. When you're ready to leave the apartment, Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village are right on the doorstep, with restaurants, supermarkets, and Metrorail all within easy reach. Back in the building, a communal lap pool and gym mean there's little reason to venture far – especially with a 24-hour doorman to handle the logistics.

Home truths:
* The balcony is currently closed due to building renovations, so you won't be able to step outside from the apartment during your stay. The city views are still fully enjoyed from inside.
* You'll have access to the on-site pool and gym here. They're shared with the building's other residents
* The shared pool is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (7am to 7:30pm), so it's not available for a mid-week dip. The gym is open every day from 6am to 10pm if you want to make the most of the building's facilities.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange babysitting and provides a cot, high chair, and baby bath. You'll need to request these in advance to make sure everything is ready on arrival.
* Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
