We also love the little extras that come with staying here, like access to the communal Olympic-sized swimming pool (open year-round), a well-equipped gym, and on-site shops and restaurants. And with South Beach just a short drive away, beach days and buzzing nightlife are within easy reach.

*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*Although this apartment has bed space for ten people, occupancy rules mean it can sleep a maximum of six adults and four children.
*The swimming pool is temporarily closed for repairs. A limited number of guest passes for the pool at a nearby hotel are available.
*Construction work is ongoing in the lobby of the building. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during weekday daytime hours. The front motor lobby will be inaccessible so dropping off may be slightly trickier.
*The valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Motorcycles, scooters, and mopeds cannot use the valet service and no electric vehicle charging is available.
*When you check in, your fingerprint will be taken to enable biometric access to the apartment.
