* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
* Up to one pet is welcome to join you during your stay. If you're planning to bring more than one, check with your host before booking.
* There's parking for up to three cars on the property. Street parking is not permitted, so if your group is arriving in more than three vehicles you'll need to plan for alternative arrangements nearby.
* Pool servicing and landscaping take place one to two times a week. The crew will access the outdoor areas without entering the home.
* The exterior of the home – including the pool and terrace areas – is monitored by three security cameras and a noise-level monitoring device at all times. The cameras are outdoor-only and no audio is recorded.
* While the fourth bedroom and fifth bathroom aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
