* The apartment is well-designed but compact – the rooms are a little tighter than the photos suggest, so it's worth bearing that in mind if you're a group of five or six.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide pack-and-plays and a high chair – ask in advance so everything is ready for your arrival.
* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
