Description
Smeralda Silences: Marinella
addremove
This villa claims five hectares of private Mediterranean parkland on the Gulf of Marinella, where ancient olive trees frame uninterrupted views across the Costa Smeralda coastline. Six guest bedrooms are spread out, each opening onto the terraces or boasting sea views, while the panoramic pool occupies pride of place above the estate. You're within walking distance of the beach, with an outdoor shower for post-swim rinses. It's a serene base for families or groups seeking space, silence, and sweeping sea views.
Home truths:
* A seventh bedroom is available for staff – please get in touch if you'd like to use this room.
* You'll need a car to explore the wider Costa Smeralda area. There's private parking on the estate, so you won't need to worry about finding a space.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host has provided a cot, high chair, baby bath and changing table upon request.
* Included with your stay are a welcome kit, daily gardening, and pool cleaning.
* The route to the beach involves walking along a stone path and over rocks, so it’s not suitable for everyone.
