From the private patio, you can admire stunning views of the Mediterranean – the perfect backdrop to an alfresco barbecue. Compared to those beautiful sea views, the interiors might feel underwhelming – furnishings are more practical than aesthetic, though the kitchen is still well-equipped for meals at home. However, you're bound to spend more time outdoors – you're five minutes from the pebbled beach in Caronia, and it's an easy coastal drive to picturesque Cefalù.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – private indoor parking is available.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. Please note that there is an unfenced stream in the garden, so children should be supervised at all times.
*A local cat frequents the garden and patio at this home, so it may not be suitable for guests with allergies.
*This home is located in open countryside, so while pets are welcome, we recommend they are supervised when in the garden.
*Although you have exclusive use of the front patio, the garden is shared with a second apartment.
