*You'll need a car to make the most of your stay here. The nearest shops are a three-minute drive, the beach is eight to ten minutes away, and Cannes is around twenty-five minutes.

*The villa spans three floors, with the gym and laundry room on the lower ground level, the main living areas and main suite on the middle floor, and four further bedrooms above. The lift connects all levels, so you won't need to rely on the stairs.

*One of the five bedrooms is currently set up as an office with a sofa bed rather than a fixed double or king.
