This Mammoth Lakes townhome is ideal for a family getaway on the mountain – whether you're here for skiing or hiking on the trails. Inside, leather sofas and exposed beams give the living area that cosy chalet feeling. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so groups won't have to share. A gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and two covered decks complete the picture, while a community hot tub, shared swimming pool, and on-site games room add another reason to linger. Wth skiing, hiking, and the broader Eastern Sierra all on the doorstep, it's a versatile base year-round.

Home truths:
* The fourth bedroom consists of a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a double bed on top. We think it's best for children.
* There are two covered spaces in the attached garage plus room on the driveway. Note that the garage clearance is 7'6" – something to keep in mind if you're bringing a taller vehicle – and that snow chains or 4X4 vehicles are required during winter. An EV outlet is also available.
* You'll have access to the communal swimming pool, hot tub, game room, and more here. They're shared with other guests. Kindly note that the hours and availability of these features are subject to change.
* Although wi-fi is provided, the mountain location means that the signal can be patchy at times.
