Perched above Eagle Lodge with direct ski-in/ski-out access from the lower-level balcony, this villa is about as close to the mountain as you can get without sleeping on the slopes. Balconies wrap every level, looking out across the forested valley toward Chair 15, and after a day in the snow the indoor hot tub earns its place. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, while a dedicated game room keeps the group entertained long into the evening. The Village and Canyon Lodge are a five-minute drive when you want restaurants and après-ski beyond the front door.

Home truths:
* The home is spread across three floors connected by two full sets of stairs and is not accessible for guests with limited mobility.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Bedroom five has two single-over-double bunk beds and a single futon, sleeping up to seven people in total. We think this room works best for children.
* Wi-fi is available but not guaranteed here – if reliable internet is essential to your stay, particularly for remote working, it's worth having a backup plan such as a mobile data connection.
* Ski-in/ski-out access here depends on the resort's operating schedule and snow conditions – you may need to walk a short stretch on some days, so it's worth keeping that in mind when planning early or late-season visits.
* During winter and heavy snowfall, 4x4 vehicles or chains may be required to reach the home – factor that into your vehicle hire or packing list if you're travelling in peak snow season.
