Inside, arched hallways in reclaimed Italian limestone give way to a kitchen with ocean views through every window, while the lower level shifts the mood entirely: a speakeasy lounge with a bar set into rock walls, a wine cellar, home theater, and a full wellness suite with sauna, steam room, and cold plunge.
