The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Skegness, Chapel St Lenoards and Sutton on Sea, with attractions nearby. Stepping into the bungalow into the hallway, you can kick off sandy shoes and wander through into the kitchen with everything you need to cook a good meal such as an electric oven and hob, fridge, mini fridge, microwave and washing machine. Moving through into the dining room with a spacious dining table to enjoy a family meal, a corner sofa . The lounge is set to the rear of the property and offers comfortable seating in front of the TV (with Sky TV and Netflix). With handy access to the garden via the patio doors. The double bedroom is situated just off the lounge with plenty of space to hang your clothes in the hallway wardrobes.
