Original vaulted ceilings, a grand fireplace, and a characterful bedroom tucked inside the old dovecote give it real soul – and four of the bedrooms open directly onto a loggia terrace with valley views. Outside, a generous pool and hot tub sit within two and a half acres of garden. The medieval village of Lucignano is just minutes away, and Arezzo's art-filled old town is a twenty-minute drive.

* You're in a rural hillside setting, so a car is essential – Lucignano is only a few minutes away, but Arezzo, Florence, and Siena all require a drive. Free parking is available on site.
* The annexe is only made available when your group exceeds ten – if you're travelling as a smaller party, you'll all be in the main villa.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot. You'll need to request it in advance.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* While the eighth and ninth bathrooms and ninth bedroom aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
