Tropical Treehouse

Escape to this modern treehouse-style home situated in the Hollywood Hills. There’s an open-plan living space with a piano and the home features ceramic pieces, handmade by the owner. The main bedroom has a four-poster bed and en-suite, while the third bedroom has a sofa bed for guest five or it can be used as a study. Outside, we love the quarter of an acre of garden which has a private swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery. Despite this home’s feeling of seclusion, it’s only a twenty-minute drive to The Grove and just under forty minutes from Santa Monica Pier. This place offers the best of both worlds.

*The swimming pool has no fence and there are 10+ steps down to it.
*There are 20+ steps up to the entrance of the home. You can also access the home by walking up the elevated driveway around the back.
*One loveable dog lives at the home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
*There is a sofa bed in the third bedroom which can be set up for one. Please let your host know if you would like it prepared.
*The main bedroom has a movie projector.
*There are external cameras that face the exterior areas of the home.
*This home has a steep driveway and there are parking spaces available for three cars. There is also a small parking area next to the home with two additional parking spaces available.
*The lead guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old.
