*Parking is available in the driveway for three vehicles, with additional street parking available if needed. The garage is not accessible to guests.
*The rooftop audio system is currently out of use. If you'd like to enjoy music in the rooftop area, please bring your own portable speaker – though you'll need to keep the volume at a reasonable level out of consideration for the neighbouring properties.
*Kindly note that there is an active construction site located downhill from the property. You may experience occasional construction-related noise during your stay.
*While some of the bedrooms and bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*There's a dedicated office space here if you need to catch up on work during your stay.
