* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
* Street noise is part of the experience here – you're directly on one of London's most active market streets. It tends to settle down after 11pm, but if you're a light sleeper, earplugs are worth packing.
* There's no air conditioning here, so during hot weather the apartment can warm up. Windows and fans help with ventilation.
* Keys are collected from a location a few minutes' walk away rather than at the apartment itself – your host will send clear instructions in advance.
* Parking in London can be tricky, so we recommend exploring on foot or using public transport. The nearest Tube station on the Hammersmith & City line is about a ten-minute walk away.
