Description Pop Slate: London

This is a neat, well designed home on the first floor of a Victorian terraced house in the heart of Battersea. The wooden floorboards across the home give the space a lovely flow, and framed prints, such as the ones from the Design museum or collected by the host in Lisbon, give the space a unique character. The simple colour palette adds to the calm vibe, and we absolutely loved the sunny terrace off the main living space. Although it’s well stocked overall, the kitchen lacks a dishwasher, and the area, while very pretty, isn’t the best for easy transport links.

*The location isn't great for reaching central London quickly – although there are plenty of buses, there isn't a tube nearby
*There is no dishwasher or tumble dryer in the home
*While the design of the home utilises the space well, it's a pretty small home overall
