* This is a townhouse spread across five floors, so you'll be using the stairs a lot. The staircases are steep and narrow in places – worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations or you're travelling with heavy luggage.
* Bedroom four doesn't have air conditioning, and as this room is on the top floor, it might get a little warm during the summer months.
* The wi-fi might be patchy on the upper floors – if you're planning to work remotely or stream from the bedrooms, it may be worth bringing a personal hotspot device.
