*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. The curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight, if you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask
*Although there's bed space for five people, there isn't enough room for everyone at the dining table. There is a separate breakfast bar in the kitchen, though.
*This home is near a railway, so expect to hear some noise from passing trains.
