We love the location of this chic little apartment in Notting Hill – not only are you mere minutes from Kensington Gardens, but you’re also just a ten-minute stroll from the chic cafes, buzzing bars, and iconic antique market of Portobello Road. With such an ideal location in one of London’s most coveted neighbourhoods, we wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t stray much further, but if you do find the urge to explore the city centre, then Notting Hill Gate tube station is just at the top of your road, all of a three-minute walk away.


However you choose to spend your days exploring the capital, we think you’ll be more than happy to return home to this cosy hideaway. Plush sofas and armchairs make a wonderful spot to unwind, especially when the weather is being typically British and grey. And for those summer evenings? Well, you’ve not only got a courtyard garden out the back, but also a balcony with views that just screams afternoon Gin and Tonic times in the sun.

*There's a sofa bed in the second bedroom that can be set up for one person with advance notice.

*This home accepts infants and older children, but it does not accept toddlers or pets.

*The toilet room has experienced a leak, which has caused cosmetic damage to the walls. The homeowner is repairing this as soon as possible.

*There's currently scaffolding on the building next door while works are carried out. So far, noise has been minimal.

*The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.

*Your host requires you to sign a digital rental agreement prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. They'll send this after the booking is confirmed.
