Located on a leafy street in trendy Fulham, this home is a great choice for anyone wanting a quieter stay in the capital. There are plenty of green spaces, shops, and restaurants nearby, and to connect you to the rest of London, Parsons Green Tube station is just a ten-minute walk away. The home is well set up for kids – there's a nursery and a child-friendly single bedroom, plus a collection of toys to keep little ones entertained – and boasts two living rooms. We love the outdoor space here – the kitchen/diner opens onto a terrace for alfresco dining, and the bench under the pergola is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day seeing the sights.

Please note all stays of 10 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes and replenishment of toiletries.

Home truths:
*Since the photoshoot, the cot in the nursery, now the sixth bedroom, has been replaced with a single bed.

*Two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in a separate bedroom.

*The single bed is best suited to a child.

*This home has A/C in each bedroom except the room with the sofa bed. Fans on request.

*This home is spread over five floors with no lift.

*There are external CCTV cameras outside, however, there are none inside.

*There is construction next door from August 2024 onwards. Noise and activity will be noticed between 8am-6pm mid-week, and 8am-1pm on Saturdays.

*The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.

*Your host requires you to sign a digital rental agreement prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. They'll send this after the booking is confirmed.
