Movie buffs may recognise the setting of this mews home in the heart of Notting Hill – it's the backdrop for the famous 'say it's carol singers' scene in Love Actually. As impressive as the location is, the interiors are equally outstanding. There's a cosy living area, a sleek kitchen, and a small workspace if you're travelling on business. The second bedroom has a single trundle ideal for little ones, while a second lounge boasts a Murphy bed. On the top floor, a sumptuous main suite leads out to a terrace – the perfect spot for a sundowner. No wonder it caught our eye.

Home truths:
*Two guests will sleep on a king-size Murphy bed in the second lounge. There's a privacy curtain that shuts off this room from the rest of the floor.

*The second bedroom has a trundle bed, which can be set up for one or two people. Let your host know which you'd prefer upon booking.

*A cat lives here. They won't be around during your stay, but it may not be suitable for those with allergies.

*There's no air conditioning here. During the summer, your host will place fans in the bedrooms.
