*This home is spread over four floors with no internal lift. There are several steps up to the front door. The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor.

*Access to the roof terrace and balcony is via a steep staircase.

*The fireplaces are ornamental.

*The home next to this one is undergoing refurbishment internally and externally. Some noise and activity may be noticed during working hours, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

*The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
