The open-plan dining space, with its wide skylights and quaint little orange tree, does a fantastic job of transitioning inside to out, especially when the French doors are opened wide. After an alfresco lunch in your private garden, discover your neighbourhood. A five-minute walk to Shillington Park’s shrub-lined, green spaces calls for Pimm’s on picnic blankets while Battersea High Street, with its cosy pubs and relaxed eateries, is mere minutes up the road. If you’re in the mood to pick up the pace, it’s less than a ten-minute train ride into central London from Clapham Junction station.
