The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is stylishly furnished with beautiful features such as the doors and tables made from locally grown Douglas Fir and Ash, bi fold doors opening on to the patio and all the thoughtful little extras for year round comfort such as the underfloor heating. The kitchen area is well equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. If you decide to eat at the table is perfectly positioned to gather round and embrace the fabulous view. On chillier evenings you can light the wood burner and relax on the comfortable sofa watch the wildlife, choose a film or lose yourself in a good book. Either side of the lounge area are two sumptuous bedrooms, one as a super king and one as a twin (though both can be made as super king or twin on request). Both bedrooms have a luxury en suite shower with WC and soft towels. Luxurious eco friendly toiletries are provided including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which are friendly to the bio digestive systems on site. This exceptional property is a real pleasure to holiday in. Surrounded by rolling countryside and wildlife, this is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Enjoy alfresco dining on the patio with table and chairs, or head to the sunken seating area by the fire pit to watch the wildlife or appreciate the dark skies stargazing. If you are keen on cycling or golf there is a secure bicycle store with wash down facilities, washing machine and drying facilities for wet boots and clothes . You can also find a "enclosed" area in the garden for the dogs which will be temporarily installed, if requested. Private drive with off road parking for two cars. The lodge is set in two acres of grounds and maintains its own privacy, adjacent to the owners seven acre home and stables.
