Located on a quiet, cobbled street, this home puts the best of Liverpool right at your fingertips. You’re within strolling distance of the Cathedral, the Philharmonic Hall, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and local breweries. There’s even a charming café next door – perfect for morning coffee runs. Inside, the space is bright and welcoming with a little outdoor terrace. There's not a huge amount of space for dining as a group and only a very small sofa, but with a location this good, we think it's a fair trade.

*There's only seating for four guests at the dining table, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
*While this home comes with parking in a small garage, it can only accommodate one small car. Speak to your host if you intend to use it.
*The freezer is also located in the garage.
*This home is located in a quiet, residential area. Parties, events and loud music are strictly forbidden.
*Keys to the property will need to be collected from a local Keynest shop which is a seven-minute walk away.
*This home does accept groups of young people under the age of 25. *Parcels cannot be delivered directly to this home. If you require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, contact your host for their office address.
*During busy periods your host may need to gain access to the property to carry out routine maintenance works. You will be given at least 24-hours notice.
