The traditional interior is what you'd expect from an older Sicilian home, and though some might find it a little outdated, it's a fair trade for the ample space, inside and out, and a private gym and spa. Admire the Lisciano Niccone hills from the private pool or the patio tables – ideal for alfresco dining before driving to Castello di Lisciano or Lake Trasimeno.

*Only the two bedrooms in the annexe have air conditioning – those in the main bedroom have fans.
*The pool is available to use between 30th May and 30th September. It isn't fenced.
*There's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here for those who struggle with stairs.
*We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to ten cars here.
*Your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free upon request.
