The Campo dos Mártires da Pátria gardens are sun-soaked and serene, interrupted only by the occasional calls of the ducks and chickens that make their home here. Old school cafes and hole-in-the-wall eateries line the streets while Avenida Almirante Reis, just a ten-minute walk away, is one of Lisbon’s main arteries, connecting you to the iconic Tagus river and downtown district.
