* As is common in France, in one of the bathrooms, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
* Méribel centre – with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants – is accessible via the tourist office escalator or the free shuttle, so you won't need a car for day-to-day errands once you're in the resort.
