Méribel in the Snow

Perched in the heart of Méribel, this apartment earns its place as a mountain base through terrace and balcony views that put the slopes front and centre – literally every main room looks out across snow-covered peaks. Seven bedrooms give large groups room to breathe, while a children's bunk room means the little ones get an adventure of their own. After a day on the mountain, a shared indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room take the edge off tired legs. Ski storage, a boot room, and a concierge service mean the logistics are handled before you've even unpacked.

* While the kitchen and two of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* One of the bedrooms can sleep up to four people in two bunk beds – we think it might be best suited to children.
* You'll have access to the on-site indoor pool and sauna here. They're shared with the resort's other guests.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair – you'll need to arrange this in advance.
* Méribel centre is a short distance away, with supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and the Olympic Park – including a swimming pool, ice rink, and bowling – all easily reachable on foot or via the resort shuttle.
* Secured and accessible private parking is available at the resort.
* While the home can sleep up to 17 people, the maximum occupancy is 16 guests.
