*This home is located in a private gated community.
*There are two resident cats that live on site and frequent the courtyard. Please let your host know if you have allergies. One loveable dog also usually lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this means it may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
*Please note the second bedroom has access to the en-suite bathroom in bedroom one.
*It Is possible for the fourth bedroom to be arranged as a king-size bed or two single beds.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot on request.
*Your host provides stand-up paddle boards, a single and double kayak as well as a walker bay dinghy.
*There is also a charter boat available for use – let your host know if you wish to secure a charter during your stay.
*Parking is available for up to two cars.
