*The property is divided into three separate areas. On the ground floor of the main house is a kitchen, living area and two bedrooms while upstairs there is a larger kitchen, three bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the gardens. A cottage sits near the pool area and comes with a kitchen and a main bedroom.

*Four of the bedrooms have air conditioning and the others have electric fans.

*The saltwater swimming pool is unfenced but it does have a safety alarm.
