* There is free parking for up to eight vehicles here – six on the drive and two in the garage.
* To swim, fish, or use the lakeside trails, you'll need to be added to the owner's guest list in advance – contact your host before arrival to arrange this. Using the paddleboards on Lake Arrowhead also requires passing a personal watercraft test and signing in at the Arrowhead Lake Association office before you head out.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
* Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
