Inside, it’s all light, stone and quiet elegance. Two fireplaces anchor generous living spaces, while the contemporary kitchen opens onto wide terraces made for long lunches and even longer sunsets. Five air-conditioned bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) make it ideal for families or couples travelling together – togetherness when you want it, space when you don’t. Days drift between poolside lounging, boules in the garden and aperitifs under the pergola. In the Luberon, time slows down – and that’s rather the point.

*You’re in a wonderfully peaceful spot near Lacoste — which means a car is essential for restaurants, markets and exploring the wider Luberon.

*The house is spread over multiple levels with terraces and steps throughout, so it may not suit anyone with significant mobility issues (though one bedroom is on the ground floor).

*The infinity pool can be heated, but like most in Provence, the temperature depends on the weather – early and late season swims may feel brisk.

*Some of the King beds can be made into twin beds.

*A discreet guardian lives in a separate mazet at the entrance. He’s there to keep everything immaculate, but you’ll still have your privacy.
