* The two villas aren't internally connected, so you'll step outside and through the central courtyard each time you move between them. Worth keeping in mind when deciding how to split your group across the two buildings.
* You'll want a car to reach the beaches, restaurants, and the principality itself – most journeys down to Monaco take around fifteen minutes by road.
* The villa can accommodate up to three cars using the on-site parking. There are two separate vehicle and pedestrian access points, which is useful if your group is arriving in stages.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance of your arrival.
