Sitting within PGA West, world-class golf is a thirteen-minute drive, and the Santa Rosa Mountains are about twenty-two minutes away by car.

* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Two cars can park in the garage, with a further four on the driveway.
* Work vehicles and any oversized vehicles or vehicles with logos are not permitted inside the gated community overnight – keep that in mind if you're arriving in a branded or commercial vehicle.
* Note that one walk-in closet in the main suite is kept locked by the host and is not available for guest use.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* Your host may visit from time to time to maintain the garden and service the pool.
