Quiet Lane Bliss

With an idyllic, leafy garden and the beach just a stroll away, this villa makes it easy to enjoy the magic of Bali. Days here can be spent lounging by the private pool or unwinding in the outdoor living room. The kitchen opens onto a lovely terrace that’s perfect for al fresco dining. If you’re travelling with little ones, though, you’ll need to keep an eye on them – the living areas all open directly onto the pool. Still, it’s a small price to pay for a lush garden that you can call all yours. With this, and a lively street of shops and restaurants on your doorstep, we think it makes a beautiful Bali base.

*There’s free parking for one car outside the villa.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
