This pine-shaded house in Kings Beach was built for groups who want to make the most of Tahoe's mountains and shoreline. After a day on the slopes at Northstar California Resort – under a fifteen-minute drive away – there's a covered hot tub on the deck waiting, and a wood-burning fireplace inside for the evening. When the fire pit is lit and the football table is in use upstairs, the place has a natural energy to it. Kings Beach and the Lake Tahoe shoreline are around a four-minute drive, adding a summer dimension to a house that already earns its keep in winter.

* Bedroom three sleeps up to seven guests in a single over king bunk bed, a king-size bed, and two pull-out single beds. This room is best suited to children.
* While the home can sleep up to 13 people, the maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
