We don't blame you if you'd rather spend all your time in the Florida sunshine, but indoors, there's plenty of space to get together – even with the sofa bed in use, it feels relatively roomy. As for location, you'll be based in a gated community less than a mile from Key West. With access to a nearby gym and the option to arrange boat trips, aquatic adventures, and other experiences, you'll never run out of things to do.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*The private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. A maximum of one boat is allowed per dock. Just note that there is no power or pump-out service to the slips.
*We suggest hiring a car in this location. Parking is available on the driveway for up to four cars and one boat trailer.
*Please note that access to this home is via stairs, as it's elevated above sea level.
*You'll have complimentary access to a nearby gym.
