This generous mountain house is designed around big group living – with a stone fireplace and oversized windows anchoring the main gathering space, plus multiple family rooms so there's always somewhere to retreat. Step outside and the private hot tub waits, backed by open space and a fifteen-acre park. Community amenities add another layer: a seasonal pool, fitness centre, and cinema room keep everyone entertained between runs. Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola is just three miles away, while Historic Park City Main Street – galleries, restaurants, après-ski – is also an easy drive away.

* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking available on the premises.
* At full occupancy, one guests will sleep on a day bed in bedroom four, and one guest will sleep on a pull-out single bed in the same room.
* Bedroom five has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people.
* Your host provides a starter pack on arrival — paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, detergent, and basic condiments — to get you settled in. You'll need to pick up anything beyond those basics yourself.
