Description Keauhou Under Palms: Kailua-Kona

Tucked among swaying palms on the Big Island, this home revolves around a saltwater pool with water features and lush landscaping – the kind of place where days stretch out slowly. The covered lanai spills into the garden and doubles as a natural gathering point for alfresco dinners as the light fades. Vaulted wood ceilings and wide windows draw the outside in, while the mid-century architecture gives the whole home a quiet coherence. Steps from Keauhou Bay, you're in easy reach of manta ray diving, kayaking, and paddleboarding – and Hulihe'e Palace is a nineteen-minute drive for a change of pace.
