Perched beside the sixth hole of the neighbouring golf course, this single-level villa commands fairway-to-ocean views that stretch all the way to the Pacific – and the infinity-edge pool makes the most of every inch of that outlook. Vaulted ceilings and pocket doors dissolve the boundary between the great room and the covered lanais, so evenings drift naturally from the dining table to poolside as the sky burns orange above. A koi pond greets you at the gated entrance, two golf carts are yours to explore the Hualalai Resort, and the beach kit is already packed and waiting.

Home truths:
* If you're travelling during the IRONMAN World Championship (race day 10th October 2026), or the Chairman's Club Event (30th November to 5th December 2026), expect modified or limited access to resort amenities and potential road closures and traffic delays in the Kona and Kohala areas.
* There's an unfenced pond in the garden here. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
* You'll need a car to reach Kailua-Kona's shops, restaurants, and Kona International Airport – all a short drive from the resort. The two golf carts included with the villa are ideal for getting around within Hualalai, but they won't get you off-resort.
