Description Fairway & Pond: Kailua-Kona

Set within a resort on the Kona-Kohala Coast, this home is built for island living at a generous pace. Floor-to-ceiling pocket doors fold away to reveal a reflective pond and the fairways beyond, blurring the line between inside and out. The infinity-edge pool is the natural anchor for long afternoons, while a fire pit lounge and covered outdoor kitchen mean evenings rarely move indoors. Two golf carts are included for exploring the resort, and when the coast calls, the villa comes stocked with everything you need for a day at the water's edge.

Home truths:
* This home comes with two four-seater golf carts to use around the resort.
* While the home can sleep up to ten people, the maximum occupancy is eight guests.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* One of the communal pools will be temporarily closed from September 8th to November 15th for repairs – seven other resort swimming facilities remain available.
* The annual Chairman's Club Event (November 30th – December 5th, 2026) and the Mitsubishi Electric Championship (each January) may temporarily affect resort amenity access.
