Perched above the 4th fairway of the neighbouring golf course, this villa offers an easy rhythm of indoor and outdoor living. Mornings start best on the covered lanai – coffee in hand, palms swaying, ocean and mountain views stretching toward Maui and the Kohala range. The Asian-inspired interior, with vaulted ceilings and bamboo floors, keeps things grounded. Downstairs, the main suite has its own lanai with circular daybeds and an outdoor shower deck for a retreat-like feel. Two golf carts are provided, putting the Waiulu Street community pool a five-minute ride away.

* During the IRONMAN World Championship race day (10th October 2026), access may be limited to certain amenities and you may experience significant road closures in the wider Kona and Kohala area.
* The living area, dining space, and barbecue lanai are all on the upper level, while the bedrooms sit below – so you'll need to be able to climb stairs here.
* If you're travelling with young children, your host can provide a high chair and a travel cot. Request these in advance to make sure everything is ready on arrival.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools and golf course here. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
