When you’re not taking advantage of the excellent location, keep yourself busy back at home. There's a private pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill for summer barbecues. Inside, expect to find lots of coastal charm and space to sprawl out. A lift is available for a small fee – handy for luggage or those who prefer to skip the stairs – as is a golf cart to zip around the neighbourhood. Further afield (a thirty-minute drive) is Charleston – perfect for daytrips.
