The open-concept living-kitchen area benefits from eye-catching lighting, sleek surfaces and a preference for instantly soothing shades of white. There's a contemporary fireplace if the weather turns a little chilly, as well as some inviting bedrooms suites.

The Empire Polo Club where Coachella Festival takes place can be reached in all of five minutes' drive, but there's a huge range of things to do in the local area aside from that, including a vast array of golf courses, hiking in the nearby Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument and shopping in Old Town La Quinta eight minutes' drive away.
