Description Indio at Sundown: Indio

Five acres of California desert, three homes, and enough space that a large group can spread out or come together as the mood demands. The custom pool and spa sit at the heart of it all – a natural gathering spot when the heat builds – with a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit keeping things going well into the evening. Across the lawn there are games, a putting green, and a hammock for slower moments. Joshua Tree National Park is an eighty-minute drive, and the Tennis Garden is close by for something more structured.

Home truths:
* The estate spreads across three separate buildings – the main house, a bunk casita, and a barn house.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair – request them ahead of your arrival so everything is ready when you get there.
* While the home can sleep more people, the maximum occupancy is sixteen guests.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
