Home truths:
*Accommodation is split between three buildings. There are four bedrooms in the main house, two bedrooms in the lakeside villa and two bedrooms in the carriage villa.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in one of the living areas.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot. You'll need to request it in advance.
*The gardener lives onsite and works Monday to Friday.
*This home offers a range of on-site activities including golf, pickleball, volleyball, table tennis, rowing and paddle boarding.
*Swimming is not permitted in the lake.
*The wi-fi can be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you if you know you'll need to access the internet.
*The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
