Sitting just a five-minute drive from Holetown and a short walk from the beach, this villa is the kind of place where little effort is required – and that's the whole point. A dedicated seasonal chef, housekeeper, and on-call concierge take care of the day-to-day, leaving you free to drift between the pool, the alfresco dining terrace, and the outdoor bar. A beach club membership adds a private cabana on one of the island's most coveted stretches of sand, and there's communal padel, tennis, and golf on the resort too.

Home truths:
* The chef is available during winter and festive seasons only – if you're visiting in summer, you'll have full use of the kitchen but meals won't be prepared for you. A housekeeper and laundress are included with your stay seven days a week. Regular pool maintenance and gardening are also included.
* Two bedrooms can each be configured as either two single beds or one US king. Just let your host know in advance which setup you'd prefer.
* You'll have access to the resort's beach club, golf course, tennis courts, and more here. They're shared with other guests.
* You're just a short drive from Holetown's shops, restaurants, and beach. We recommend having a hire car available if you'd like to explore.
* For check-ins between 20th December and 10th January, please contact us. Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in would be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in would not be eligible for a refund.
