Perched a short walk from Sandy Lane Beach, this house offers sweeping views across the golf course to the sea – a truly tropical Caribbean setting. More than one and a half acres of tropical grounds surround a large pool and sun deck, made for long, unhurried afternoons. A separate two-bedroom guest cottage makes the villa ideal for multi-generational groups, while access to the nearby beach club puts a bar, restaurant and private sun loungers within easy reach. A private chef, housekeeper and laundress take care of the essentials, leaving you free to settle into island time.

Home truths:
* The two-bedroom guest cottage sits on the other side of the swimming pool from the main house. It works well for older children or extended family wanting their own space.
* The cook prepares two consecutive meals per day, six days a week. A housekeeper is also available six days a week, as is a laundress – but only if the home is booked for at least four bedrooms. Regular gardening and pool maintenance are also included.
* The sixth bedroom can be configured as either two single beds or one US king. Just let your host know in advance which setup you'd prefer.
* You'll have access to the resort's beach club, golf course, tennis courts, and more here. They're shared with other guests.
* For check-ins between 20th December and 10th January, please contact us. Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in would be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in would not be eligible for a refund.
