When you do, the Jordanelle Express Gondola is a five-minute drive away, with Deer Valley's East Village expansion adding serious new terrain. Back home, the lower-level games room with a pool table and wet bar keeps things lively long after the lifts close.

* You'll need a car to reach most of what's nearby – the gondola is a five-minute drive, Main Street is fifteen minutes away, and the surrounding Mayflower Lakeside neighbourhood isn't walkable to shops or restaurants. There's parking for four cars here.
* The home spans three levels, so you'll be moving between floors regularly – the main living and dining area, the main suite, and the lower games room and additional bedrooms are all on separate levels.
* A starter kit of essentials – soap, paper products, dish and laundry detergent, and kitchen and bath towels – is provided on arrival, but once it runs out you'll need to pick up your own supplies.
* The fourth bedroom has a single-over-double bunk bed.
